During the Term 2 holidays, the inaugural Hoops Academy Camp was held. This was a highly successful event attracting 70 participants across all age groups coached by several high calibre coaches including our own Julian Khazzouh and John Hennessy as well as Jason Cadee (Australian Boomer) and Luke Kendall (Assistant Coach of the Sydney Kings). The TKS Basketball Club hosted the group and provided nutritious meals and snacks for the boys. This was a great start to an initiative that will be repeated and benefit junior Basketballers in the future.
